In the real case, the commission found a club made 'concerted efforts to stop and frustrate' the investigation. At Sham FC, we have turned this into a department.
Our Archive & Misplacement team, led by Head of Records Mislaid Pending (fictional, obviously), has been working around the clock to ensure every box is labelled, stacked and completely unhelpful.
"Transparency is one of our core values," said a spokesperson. "You can see right through our explanations."
The department is currently recruiting. Applicants must be available for long hearings and have an excellent memory for things that didn't happen.
